“Dying to Make a Deal”: Trump Declares Iran’s Military Capacity “Obliterated”

WASHINGTON – In a series of bold statements, U.S. President Donald J. Trump has claimed that Iran is on the verge of total military collapse and is “dying to make a deal.” Despite the ongoing conflict that began in early 2026, Trump refused to label the situation a traditional “war,” instead calling it a highly successful “military operation.”

He further detailed that Iranian drone factories—a major source of regional tension—have seen their production capacity plummet by roughly 82%.

A central point of the President’s briefing was Iran’s nuclear program. Trump asserted that the U.S. has “obliterated” their nuclear capacity, ensuring the nation does not obtain a nuclear weapon.

As negotiations continue in Islamabad, the world remains watchful. Trump’s message is clear: with its military “crippled,” Iran’s only path forward is a total diplomatic surrender.
